Looks nice. How much less does it weigh than the stock? I'm gonna make one if it's a big difference....

BTW- you can attach more than one, but you have to upload them to a free site, like photobucket.com, and then just click on the insert image button when posting!

N.P.

BTW- Where'd you get your decal? Did you make it, or did someone put it on for you? I would love to have some like that! If you made them on your computer, could you send it to me? Email to mikes_bikes1964@hotmail.com

Nice work.
It looks good.

I tried to make a few parts out of aluminum for my Xmods a while back, here is a picture.

I dont even mess with them anymore but I'm still interested in what people are doing with them.

I've made many parts with just a sabre saw, hacksaw, drill press/hand drill and files and they can come out just fine but it takes more elbow grease that way thats all.

I used to use 8-1/2" x 11" label paper and print my drawings out on that then just stick it to the aluminum and drill/cut and file the parts out. This worked very well and is very accurate.

Of course that chassis of mine was done on a mini hobby mill.About the only thing it can do that I couldnt do by hand easily/well was make accurate slots for adjustable motor mounts.
