It should work. Are you using the camera from Plantraco? I know their cam uses UHF channel 16. I'm using a different transmitter but using my Casio EV510 LCD TV, I just let it scan through the UHF band until it hits channel 59 and the picture comes in.

PTV Channels, and reception

The PTV16C broadcasts UHF TV signals on 483.25 Mhz which is UHF CH 16.

Casio handheld TV's are one of the best choices for reception for two reasons:

1. Portability - strap the camera onto any R/C vehicle (well, almost any), and view the action from your portable handheld TV.

2. "scan" tuning - the handheld TV's are very tolerant to frequency drift that may occur with a moving TV transmitter - such as the PTV cameras.

We make the PTV cameras on CH 16 CH19. For Europe we make the PTV30C which broadcasts on PAL (Europe) CH 30.

So, if one person uses a PAL TV then it's possible to run 3 cameras at a time?
