Since ratio is just the number of turns one gear turns for every turn of the other gear, You can get a rough measurement by putting a small mark on the tire and a small mark on the motor pinion. Let's say on the 12o'clock position. Start turning the tire slowly until you reach 12o'clock again and count the number of turns the motor pinion makes. So one turn of the tires will give you a couple of turns on the motors.
With the blue gears for every turn of the tire I get exactly 4 turns on the motor hence 4:1 gear ratio. Red gears gives a little over 2 but I'm still gotta double check
You can also use the number of teeth on the gears and calculate the ratio but the other method will give you a good approsimation.
