Hobbico customer service Great!
I melted my wheels trying to get my chrome off and called Hobbico to order the replacement part. The lady on the phone said "we don't carry that in stock...so we'll just send you a chassis" and it's all free! How cool is that?

I agree. They have excellent service. I was futzing around in the steering of my MS and lost the spring. I emailed them and after a couple of exchanges, they sent me a whole new chassis. Thanks to Hobbico and Jessica M. She was quite helpful.

I dont think that they are going to give out replacement parts if you didn't purchase a Microsizer. But that is just my thoughts.

What is their warranty if I screwed it up? I have replaced the antenna and removed the crip cap on the pcb board, but the car is all screwed up. Would they still replace it???

If the car screwed up on its own, I don't see why they wouldn't replace it. I believe that since you altered the car (antenna & CC removal) the warranty is void. That is how almost all warranties read. I guess it is still worth a try. Good luck.

They replaced my chassis when i worked on mine so i assume it would be the same for everyone. You do have to supply the number off of your mini though.
