Micro RS4 help.

I just started the kit.The front diff after putting it together and tearing it apart 3 times it still seems tight.I sanded off the sprue's on the gears and did everything else i could think of. Will the diff eventually loosen up? Is this just normal? Its a older kit i got half off at my LHS.Was there any defects anyone knows about in the first units?

You can also break the gear diff in by using a dremel on slow speed......this also works great on balldiffs.
