I was wondering if anyone had a 4.2 perfection yet. I was just wondering what its torque is like and its speed

I have several Perfection 4.2's also the Phast, Extreme Vanquish, and others. I will do some Time Trials with these various motors and write a comparison post soon. Come on over to Da Hood and check it out.

Now the Perfection 4.2 King is a noticable improvement over the 3.8. It is a fast azz motor period! I just did some playing around with the different motors I will be comparing and just doing that, nothing official but the King 4.2 is faster than the others but again I have done no timing so take it with a grain of salt til I time trial them.

Dark Tari, what is the difference between just the 4.2 and the 4.2PRO? More torque or what?

the king 4.2 is for single speed cars

the king 4.2 pro is for booster cars.......and i like this motor the best for boosters....good overall speed and killer boost....
i have a fet'd pro that runs awesome on carpet or track. if i hit reverse, then boost forward quickly........the car will do a back somersault to the gear side.......the torque is evident.

The King, unofficially is the fastest motor in my garage, as I said before I haven't had a lot of time to do a thorough test of them but come on thru Da Hood and look out for my post.

I will have to agree with that! Even without boost in a microsizer pro (no fet mod), it is very fast. Hit the boost and it is insane!
