Road Champs Nascar 1/64th.

I was in TRU and saw them. They are made by Jaks Pacific. They come with the car, controller, and a charger in the shape of the driver's helmet. You open the visor and stick the car inside to charge. I didn't pick one up becuase the quality looked pretty cheap for the price of $19.99.

Walmart has some Nascar 1/64 scale rc cars under the Mtor works brand. I picked up the #3 Dale Earnhardt car. It comes in the usuall square style package with the base as the controller and a clear square top. The body looks to be diecast though. I havn't taken it out of the package yet, I want to keep this one as a collectible. The body has some nice detaling to it, and the overall detail and paint scheme are done pretty well. The car is true 1/64 scale. Comparable to any die cast car out there. I foget the price but they cost less than those road champ versions.
