dNanos have scale track and wheelbase for each model represented, therefore they require a significant number of combinations relating to track, wheelbase, and ride height. A great resource to decipher all of these combinations is http://www.kyosho.com/eng/support/in...ano/dnano.html

The wider the track of any vehicle requires the turning circle of the inner wheel in the direction of the turn to be of a smaller or tighter turning radius than the outside wheel. If each wheel was not maintaining its own turning circle relative to the turn, the tires would scrub. Any dnano front suspension plate of (4) or wider uses the "B" knuckle which locates the tie rod pivot further inboard of the kingpin. This steering geometry causes the inner wheel to turn tighter than the outer wheel in a turn. If you look at the close ups on the support page of the steering knuckles you will see the difference. There may be gray area on a few of the models because while there are 8 suspension plates their are only 6 tie rods and the "A" and "B" knuckles may share a tie rod or suspension plate to achieve another track.

Hope that helped

Miles
