The eclipse body is pre-painted and is from the Fast and Furious Zip Zap kit. It had the worthless Nitrous motor and some other wack stuff. I had to stretch out the bit to fit the wheelbase of the Eclipse. This also made it easier to handle with the 3 batteries. I could put 2 in the belly and one on the back for traction. It works great, but not too fair to race my nephews single cell bits. I put in the switch that you see there so I can run off 2 or 3 cells. Either way, it smokes my nephews.

It's insanely fast. I can jump 'a country mile'. I use a weird clone motor in all of my cars. I have used some 2.6's, 3.0's, 3.5's, 3.8's, but the motors I like best are these clones I'm finding. They have enough torque to ride wheelies in 2-cell cars when the 2nd cell is over the middle of the car. (not over the rear wheels)
The Fairlady (or any booster) is a great set-up. With the booster off, it runs pretty much like a single cell 3.5, but with the booster on, it screams. I have a hard time getting my cars to go straight sometimes when I hit the booster. (on slicker floors) It's like one side hooks up better than the other. I use the Potentiometer "Infinate Speed Mod" to tone it down a bit on the slicker floor. I'm beginning to use Zip Zap gearsets again, because the Bit gears are weaker. Especially on my 3-cell cars. The drive gear (axle gear) usually works loose and spins on the axle, or one of the rear wheels works loose. It sux really, but I just can't talk myself into taking these super torquer motors out.
the police car is a micro q or sumthin like that. one project i plan on doing is the police lights. i found some kids slippers with alternating leds (one blue, one red) for $0.50. i tore em out and they turn on my shock, so if i hit anything my police lights will go off. once i find time to do this i will post pics. right now the dual cell mod is kicking my butt.
