I think there is a % that can and a % that can't. Some of the people in the % that can are either too lazy, or think it's cool to use short hand. Sorry just had to put in the %'s

Sorry Doggy I did not mean to included you in this grouping. As for cool its just shows the IQ how they read and right. If people don`t learn to write in "long hand" Geshhhhhhhh why even bother writing anything lazy people just more lazy
