How do you cut the pen tip. I've tried wire cutter, but it bends it a lot. I've also tried cutting it with a sergical knife, but it barely cuts through. Help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

heavy duty pliers
i have one [or two] that have a super sharp inner cutting area, and then it has a sharp area on the opposite side
just clamp it....should make a nice clean cut if its sharp enough

BAH!! LOL righhhht, I'm gonna pay $12 for some crap muffler that I can make out of a 50 cent pen tip! By the way, I figured out a tecnique; I just gind at the pen tip with a sergical knife! Sure it takes about 10 minutes too cut it off, but it works!

Thanks! To those considering the pen tip as a cheaper option, please keep in mind that these are precision made mufflers specifically for the BC-G/MicroSizer. They have a special slot to aid mounting to the chassis. No pen tip is going to look this good, these are precision works of art!
