Opened my eyes to a new world

I tried the steering fix on a whim (and against advice in the column). Figured I had nothing else to lose since I was about to drive mine off of my fourth floor balcony just to see how many pieces I could make it turn into.

The steering alignment has been vastly improved by this little fix. I think that I have a little more tweaking to go before I get exactly what I want.

try swapping the steering motor too if you have a torquier one and some time...

any recommendation on what type/speed of motor? I assume it came with a 1.6K rpm motor.

Not sure which crappy one it came with but I think CyborgZero said he used the 2.2 motor. I have yet to try this so I can't speak from experience. Then again my SEs steer pretty decent as long as the tire doesn't catch the chassis.
