now its a lil faster than before I finished the 5th cell in the rear bumper , it is a lil wider now and wasn't easy getting the bumper on. I got over half dead batteries in it and its already faster than when the batteries were full before....I also trimmed a few pieces off that I wouldn't need like the screw pillars for the light kit

same here I whent to RS for the left knuckle replacement, they said, "they won't be able to sell special part until Dec 30" but I also heard CJ has ordered something. so how he'd do it?? anyways please clear this up! I really need this part, if not I may have to go and buy the AWD upgrade, i really don't wanna do that! I also wanna get a new chassis so I can paint it to wateva, put a AAA mod on it, extra LED lights, and maybe a front bumper mounted flood lights!!!! OoOo just can't wait for this to clear up! must stare more to dem penjulimz

The part I made is still holding up strong. Has been for a week now and I drive on a concrete driveway.
For a cheap, quick fix just dremel off the broken part and make a new one out of any strong type of plastic you can find. Drill out a the old stud and insert the new part and CA glue into place.

| |
The bottom part is the same diameter of the old stud, the small end at the top is a pilot diameter that I insterted in the hole I drilled out and CA glued into place. I also drilled out the end and screwed the screw in to place, but if you leave it a little bit long I see no need for the screw. I have since taken the screw back out and haven't had any problems with the stud poping out or the A arm.
Wish I had taken pics of the progress to better explain.
