Cause those are the only wires that when electricity is passed through them makes a magnet..am I right on this one?

No, any wire would make a magnet, but on these, the thin wire with the thin (enamel) insulation makes the best magnet on this scale.

the wire has to be non magnetic in this case.
if it had any iron in it, you wouldnt be able to steer.

so whats causing my car to only steer right... the wheels will turn to the left with out any problem but it still goes straight. ive tried recentering the magnet.. thats not a problem.. ive cleaned the tires, and the suface im driving on. and ive also cleaned out any possible little chunks the magnets may have picked up on the floor... what should i do now?? this is not a clone. i got this one from toys east about a month ago, but i just recently opened it up as my dog ate the last one...
so should i feed it to the dog? she loves them shes already nabbed 3 of my cars.

no, it steers straight , the wheels turn both directions.. i took the cap off and put in the 1.0 motor (slow motion) so i could watch to see if the wheels were turning and they were.. i also took it apart to check the wires, and it all looks fine.
i just also noticed that my rear wheels will almost spin freely of the axle also. im not sure this is a problem. but being that this is the only one like this it makes me wonder.
