find someone that has a 3D printing machine and become their friend. if you have one of those, you can make flawless bodys. any body you want. the only drawback is that they cost about 100k.

vac formed?
Are you using a vacum former? I figured that's what you were doing, after looking at the shapes you are getting and the lack of undercuts. You used to be able to get them from micro-mark a long time ago, and they weren't that much, if I remember right.
As for making the original body bucks, I could see using a 3-D printer.
I like your exaggeration style, but you should make the top a little bigger on the charger, because of how honkin huge the bottom comes out. more of a deformed style- like the original bodies.

yea i already did that.. i also emphasized the hood and door air scoop thingys, not bigger.. just deeper so that they are more noticable.. although it didnt need to much, when the body is fully cut out it looks a bit better. yea i am vac forming.. undercuts are possible, they just cant be drastic, i have been trying a few things that allow for an undercut on one side, usually front or backof car.. side mirriors are not possible. and wings are not very possible to do on the body.. but can be made seperate.
