Help me quit (not really)

It's funny, my wife was extremely tolerant of my 1/10th scale obsession, and has put up with my guitar hobby, but for some reason she always rips on the little cars. I try pointing out that I had over a grand into my Team Losi, not to mention the other 3 1/10th scale cars I had, and here I've been able to get three cars for less than 80 bucks, but she thinks that the bits are just for kids. So I point out the number of adults that are here, and having fun with them, but she says we're all just a bunch of freaks.

I don't know what her hang up is, she spent 17 dollars on a Matchbox collectable she got me for christmas one year, why doesn't she see how much cooler that car would have been if it was RC?!

i got to almost beg just to get moeny from our buget she always it got to the point i had to take my daughter to school (not a bad thing) but she was to goto work in the morning she drives right by the school but noooo i got to get up get dressed go drop her off just so my loving wife(pain in the arse) can sleep a extra half hour

i could just take the buget money and spend it(if i wanted a shouting match) but ive been married 6 yr now 4 of those years we fought all the time about money(its not worth fighting about) so now we try not fight but its hard when she thinks these my hobby are "toys" i said to her "if it could be taken apart and and upgraded it's a hobby" in her reply "toy"


oh well i got 3 more days of bus driver then the money i want will be mine muhahahahahahah!

The girlfriend was not very tolerant at first. ( I had her trying to find me these cars for X-mas, drove her nuts).

Now she just lets me "play with my toys" as long as I take her out instead of Saturday "movie night". LOL

Needless to say this hobby just got alot more expensive.
