No problem biohazard, I'm glad you were able to figure out what step you missed in the re-scale.
Later,

How did u put in the extra gears? drilling a new hole in the chassis and placing a pin in it?

extra gears pictures
Sorry for not responding sooner scottyboyfun. I didn't drill any new holes in the body for the new gears. I hope this picture helps you understand what I did to the body. Let me know if you have any questions.

Your steering doesn't look too sturdy...does the car turn?

Secret to steering monster tires is to bring in the coils a bit closer to the magnet. You can also just wind thicker and more powerful coils. Someone here posted how to do that. Looked pretty easy. This still wont work on some, but it should work on the ones in the picture. The less rubber you have the better.

biohazard, what are those green and orange gears? do they affect your gear ratio?
and what are you using to hold the brass to the chassis?

The orange is standard microsizer gears and the green are standard zip zap gear. All these gears mesh very well (same gear ration). The front is straight brass bar placed through the holes for the old standard wheels, which I attached with a little glue. Two small screws hold on the back assembly. If you want later, I can post a picture. By the way, this truck will turn in both directions very well.

That is so incrediby cool!
I got really inspired yesterday to start making a DIRT-CHEAP version of your Monster-mod. And as I don't have brass tubing laying around the house where I can find it, I got creative. Yet I'm still completely ripping you off!! *what can you expect, I only have a ZZ, and bit clones*
---
My version requires:
1 grey plastic car holder base from a bullet clone (thing between car & battery cover)
1 metal dress-shirt clip (most brand use these instead of pins now)
1 plastic shafted Q-tip (usually pretty colors)
Atleast a partial bottle of CA or other suitable glue
A car you don't mind trashing a little
And a parts car, or pile of parts.
Tools:
Needle Files (Always gotta have them)
Cutters (I prefer Diagonal Side-Cuts)
Bent nose pliers
Chances are, you've got most if not all of this stuff laying around the house anyway.
The only thing I can't figure out is how to keep the stock position axle (gear) from trying to slide off the transfer gear. Do you make it to really tight tolerances, or just glue a spacer block on?
If there's anybody interested in this, I can explain in more detail. However, if the creator of this mod doesn't want me to, I won't tell. I respect that he can have a monopoly on it if he wants. *I'll try to find my dig camera if somebody can host pics for me*
