i just converted my fiancee's 911 gt3 to a Lambo LP640 and it was around $20 to do it but i had a Lambo LP 640 body for her already
If you are in So Cal, check out
www.kenonhobby.com (Baldwin Park off 605 fwy between 210fwy and 10 fwy)they have most of the stock Dnano parts needed as well as fitting parts kits if you decide to go that route...but it was cheaper for me to buy the individual parts i needed.

ps- most likely you'll want to pick your own tires anyways so it shouldn't matter too much that the fittings part set comes with tires in my opinion.
