Anyone manage to get any cool mods done on their Jada Import Racers yet?
I am working on small things like giving it tail lights and headlights. Also popped a custom battery holder in the body of the car so i can run more batteries for a lil extra power. Although i have actually noticed a perormance decrease now. Wondering if i have burnt something out or something.
I also noticed that the controllers dont respond too well sometimes and found the one of the contacts inside the controller is messed up a lil bit. I think there is just dirt or something in between the contacts, nothing i cant work around tho.
I fixed the steering angle on the Jada Import Racer Supra i got. It now steers ALOT better than before.
I also tested it out with higher voltages: It seems to love running at 10.8V, but definately doesnt like 12V. lol
I am currently working on making it AWD.
Is a cheesy thing to do since it is such a cheapo car, but still fun either way.
At least this way i can attempt to turn it into a half decent car without ruining a crazy expensive RC.
Im literally going to dig my Jada out of the closet right after i finish this post. hehe.
I had a few ideas, will try them out and see if it works, then post it.
