Cool thanks I see the Overland shocks are used. How well do the oil damped Overland shocks from Kyosho work? How much are they? How do they compare to other oil shocks for these?

Well, I must have it. The cheapest I've found was $180 from rcmart.(ofcourse I've been trying not too look to hard ) If tiny can get it to me for a better price then I'm sold.

I installed the Overland Oil Filled shocks the other day, big difference. I drive mine around on high pile carpet a lot. Before, the truck used to bounce just going over the carpet, now it is pretty smooth. I also got the spring set with different spring rates, and I am currently using the soft.

I have played more with the Monster than I have any other RC I own.

They really are not out in the US yet, not until next year (not too far off) Keep an eye out in the shop over at www.minizracer.com

The thing I like the most is you can really play with it anywhere.....in the house on carpet, it goes over everything, outside in the grass with no problem, on slick floors it will do mad donuts, in the tub....oh wait, not there. No really, it is a blast!

Hope that helps.

Try a 2s2p LiPo pack. I intend to start making 4-cell Li-Ion packs that push 7.2 volts at a total of 2400 mah. I could show you where to get them, but it's a pain to wire up the Zener diodes and connectors and to extract the cells, etc. etc. etc.
