and those glowsticks are a one time use... i can go to the grochery store and get 2 for 25cents from the vending maching infront of the store... so its not really a "kit"... just somthing someone with a crap load of quarters created...

those are the sae thing you see at highschool dances... people have them in their mouth... at raves... partys... whatever... they are the same as the largre glowsticks... just smaller...
the ebay thing is just some of the glow sticks you find in $.50 machines by the looks of it..........and the light bars are too big! look at the 9V in the pic, a 9V is about 1/4 the length of an xmod (i have a skyline and the body is 3 and 1/2 lenths of a 9v long)...........i think the best way to do neons is to make some from scratch taylored to what you want and your car......(im putting audio in mine....ill post pics later).......
