See, that's the problem. You have to time it yourself. Depending on the output of your batteries in the controller, it varies. The formula for charging your car is to divide the capacity of the battery in the car by the output of the charger, then multiply that number by 60 to get minutes, multiply anything after the decimal in that number to get seconds.
Example: battery capacity: 40 mah
Charger output: 300 ma
Number you are left with: 0.1333333(the 3 repeats)
Multiplied by 60 to get minutes: 8, meaning you charge for 8 minutes, then multiply by 1.2 (you have to increase the time by 20% due to battery inefficiency, if that's how you spell it), so that leaves you with 9.6, take the .6 and multiply that by 60 to get 36, so it's 9 minutes and 36 seconds.)
The charger output would be the capacity of the batteries in the controller, if you are bypassing them to the charging plate.
