package body mod

i just figured out this mod today!!!
it works awesome. well for all you who kept your ZipZaps packaging, this mod is for you. you know that piece of lexan that the company sits the ZZ car body on and has that sticker on it of wheels? its on the very top of the packaging. well if you look close enough that little piece of lexan is the perfect wheelbase and size to make into a lexan body for your ZZ. it has flared fenders. awesome, super light and more aerodynamic(hehe)

all you have to do is cut the wheel wells and trim it to the apropriate length(on mine i cut it exactly above the lower hole on the front and back. i cut little slits in the lexan body on the front and rear, right above the bumpers(right below the above holes) for the original body mounting posts. try this mod, youll notice better acceleration, just like driving with no body. im gunna paint mine tomorrow. looks like a futuristic body with a recycling sign on top of it. have fun

..umm.. thats a good idea, but it was even better before when some other guy on the boards thought of it and posted pics of it and everything..

Your practically the only other guy I know that has thought of that.

Im Planning on doing another one except better than the first. So i need more Info on how otheres have done it. I.e., how the exterior was decorated, how the side was cut etc.. if you need any other help you can ask me. Cuz i kno it took a hell of a time just to make it look good
