I don't know what AMT stands for but on the box it is mentionned AMT Ertl or AMT Matchbox depending if it has been sold in the US or UK. They where made in the 80's but you can still find some on auction sites. I've recently bought the Torino and Javelin, but they don't fit the spec1 wheelbase.
Wheelbases that fit spec 1
'69 Camaro (perfect)
'69 Firebird 400 (tight, body sits high)
'69 Mustang (tight, wheels out of wheelwells, body sits high)
'69 Chevelle (perfect)
'57 Chevy Bel Air (plenty of room, rear wheelwells need work)
Wheelbase that won't fit spec 1 (but probably fit spec 2 as wb is variable).
'69 Ford Torino (too long for spec1)
'69 AMC Javelin (too short for spec1)
Bodies that do not fit at all
'63 and '69 vettes, way too small (at least for an Epoch

)
I don't know other 1:43 models of cars made by AMT Ertl or Matchbox.
Good luck!
