Help! I need a Wing
I was painting my car the other day and somewhere along the line I lost my wing. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. If someone has an extra one i will buy it or trade a sheet of stickers for it. Or if you know of a Hotwheels car that has one that will fit let me know. I would prefer black but will take any other color and just repaint it. The sheet of stickers would be the ones on my case you see below. If there is some other ones you would like i can probally find them and add them to the sheet before i print it.
Thanks!

I've seen some pretty wicked looking spoilers made from the plastic packaging the Zips come in. Toothpicks coated with superglue or those little plastic bar straws (hehe) make decent posts. I friend of mine flattened the straws slightly so they were thin, but still had an aero-foil type curve to them, very neat.

No wings! It's just extra weight! It'll slow you down!

All go and no show makes Jack a dull boy. Besides, when you blow the doors off someone even with your chrome mufflers and rear spoiler it's all that much better. If you're concerned about the spoiler, why not just remove the body all together. Better yet, replace the chassis with a lexan one, remove all excess resitors, replace the motor clamp with superglue, use plastic axles, no hub cabs, foam tires, and drill holes in the pcb...oh, and replace the stock battery with a watch battery, they are smaller, and give you 1 minute run time, but hey, it's less weight!
sorry, I had to.

YES YES! and use superglue mixed with graphite instead of solder! Also, replacing the metal motor can with a lexan cylinder would lighten things a little.

I can't tell if you guys think I was serious or not... I think you caught my sarcasm, but maybe it wasn't as clear as it should have been...

Sarcasm...nooooo, not here. Hehe. Anyway, a little weight added to the back end isn't always a bad thing. These little cars are inherently too loose out of the box. Adding weight to the back, lightening the front, extending the wheelbase...just a few things to tighten the car up. In any event, these things are made to be "models" of real cars, in which case a rear spoiler does add to the look if nothing else.
Then there are those that have abandoned all model-hood and strapped 4 batteries to the board, poking through a hole filled body, with no tires on the front...to each his own I guess.
That's why I like circuit racing...it's not the fastest car, but the one who's fastest around the track. You can get really close races with slower cars that are easier to control as you can set-up turns properly, take different lines, draft...hehe, and so on. With really fast cars, guys bounce off walls, cartwheel down the back stretches, flip over in the turns, spin out constantly, have to reverse and get back on the track, and while it's a laugh, you rarely see any good racing.
am I getting off track...?

duh
these are small TOY cars a spoiler on the back wont give you much weight at all to make a difference heck youd need about 50 spoilers to actually weigh enough to do something anyway i have an extra spoiler you can have jsut email me at mrcrowley2@cox.net can mail it without a problem shipping should cost anything really
