I was noticeing how a lot of step up models of cars have a pinstripe going down the quarter panel. I knew I couldn't do a stripe that thin on a Bit, but I thought a thin stripe in that area would be a nice subtle detail for a bit.
So painted both my RX-7s with the same theme. I like how when the light glares off the side of the car, it's hard to see if it's a stripe or glare.
The LXX car on the left got a Medium Charcoal paint job, with Gold trim. I think the Gold accents the Charcoal nicely. I also painted the rims black w/ gold trim, and dropped the front body tab.
The Microsizer Pro on the right has the stock paint, but it was transparent so I painted the body silver underneath, and now it's like a mile deep candy blue. Added the accent stripes, and painted the spokes on the rims gold.
