QFM, you guys okay???
Hi QFM,

Are you guys still around? and is everything going okay?

I made an online order around the 12th or 13th of march and haven't received anything. I've ordered from you before and never had ANY problems or concerns. So I figured this was pretty uncharacteristic and something must've happened to my order.

I've emailed twice to no reply and now I'm starting to wonder what's going on.

Hope everything's okay.
