So .. those H1 Hummers suck?
I'm really curious about those little H1 Hummers. I'm hearing mostly negative comments, although I've seen what appear to be the "real" ones and clones floating around. If the engine is hardwired in, is it a simple enough solder job to stick in something more powerful?
I'm intruigued by the idea of a bit that can drive over (relatively) rough surfaces. Especially after my success in charging my batteries in a generic Rayovac charger tonight. I took out two batteries from Bensus, charged them for a few minutes, and then followed a car all the way around the block. It still had charge and was driving just fine as I rolled back up to the front door. So something with more clearance and big knobby tires might r o c k that with a torquey enough motor.
If they're total crap I guess I'll pass, but if they're worth $15+$5 shipping I may have to buy one tomorrow.
Any thoughts?
