I installed a jack in my controller today so I could plug in a wall transformer and run off AC...save on the batteries. It works great. The transformer is 6VDC@400mA. The charge cycle is 13 minutes and run time is 9 minutes. The jack is located on the bottom right side of the controller so it does not get in the way when I play.
Only thing is that the batteries must be removed from the controller before I plug it in. The jack is wired direct to the battery pack contacts. Rat Shak has a jack that will disconnect the battery when the plug goes in the jack. Since I picked this jack outta my junk box, thats what I used.
