my zip had two batts then i did some pcb mods (removed R17 &R18, jumped R16, R19, R20, & R21) and just put one bat in it and it worked great almost seemed like longer run times than before. Then i lost my other bat so i ordered new ones put them in and the run time is now about five seconds. the charger has been wired directly to the bat terminals. Oh and after i put the new bats in the green light just dims instead of going completly off like before. Could the batteries faulty.
