DTM-X4 Tires=>Size
Hi guys,
I'm living in the Principality of Monaco (south of France), I'm 33 and in R/CX models for over 17 years. I'm a Mini/Micro RC models fan and recently feld in love with the ABC DTM-X4. I'm trying, via many french RC forums to discuss about this model and make it know.
Could someone let me know if he makes test on foam tires : I use to drive a 1/8 4WD on-road model (MRX3) and use foam tires as well. In that categorie, we use to true the tires to a determinated diameter, with, more & less, 5 mm difference between rear and front.
As the DTM-X4 uses the same rules, what would be the optimal rear diameter and the right difference with the front ones ?
As an exemple, when we need (or whant) to get more traction, we put more difference between rear & front diameters...
In the same way, it would be interesting to exchange experiences about test made on different track surfaces, lenght...
