Anyone order 1/3AAA 150maH from Batteries America?

FYI for you guys/gals...

Ordered the 1/3AAA nimh 150 maH batteries from batteriesamerica.com the other day. They came pretty fast, but here's the kicker:

They are from the company AP, and they are tagged as 1/4AAA, not 1/3AAA. Pulled out the ol' micrometer, and their height is 2 mm shorter than the stock 1/3AAA (13 mm instead of 15mm).

Although the price was right (2.25 per), they will not just swap in, since they are not making solid contact with the battery holders.

When I called the company and mentioned the 2mm difference, I was told that the battery sizes are not an "exact science" (meaning that there is no set worldwide standard). He was willing to refund my money, but it's probably not worth it for me.

I could probably shim them so that they fit OK, but has anyone else received 150 NIMH's from companies other than AP, which the height was equal to stock? I also didn't know that they made 1/4AAA's with 150 maH.

Any opinions appreciated.
