Battery meltdown!

One of my batteries leaked and fried. It was in the car at the time and the car was sitting. Pried the battery out as it was stuck to the battery bay. The battery had leaked. I cleaned out the battery bay and the car is fine, thankfully. Anyone else have any issues with the stock battery? A word of obvious advice, always take your batteries out when not in use!
