Batteries: mAh ratings

what is the highest mAh ratings on the NiMH rechargeable batteries... or should i be looking for a different type of battery for better performance out of my xmod? let me know... ive recently done the 6 cell upgrade and now i want my batteries to be better too... thnx for any info in advance... right now i got

with a 700mAh rating... ah yes... the green RS ones...
