help i dont have moter poer for stage 2

can someone tell me what wrong i have the scion tc and my brother has mustang gt and we just got them for christmas and we both put in the stage 2 but he has way more power than me his flys mines like the stage 1 motor we have the same gears and batterys so can someone tel me why mines not getting full power?
