battletank.de seems to be sold out (ausverkauft).
I mailed them in the beginning of this year and they replied ; leider nicht (unforunatly not).
personally I gave up looking for webstores who sell combatdigiQ, discouraged by the words: sold out
maybe I'll start looking again when I get a new searchengine or so.
my collection holds the 4 different rotatingtanks, a tiger and two sherman's not rotating. I also own a tankara digiQ mothra (compattible with konami's), I'm still looking what it does exactly, but it's a killer for shure. (picture below)
the digisound from bit-racer does look complicated, however the earlier receivers are pretty straight forward, I'll try them first when I come to it. somewere it is mentioned that you can buy a massproduced IR receiver made for LIRC (Linux Infra Red Control?) but I don't know what type. and if it's one made for laptops, it will have a (too) limited range for the use.
