2 cells, 7.2v of power. Each set comes with the cells built into a pack, the cells dipped in a clear extremely thin waterproof rubberized coating that waterproof's and protects the pack from ground scratches. Each pack has a mini plug connector on it, and a mating plug with a few inches of wire is included that is ready to solder to your cars existing wiring (or replace the existing wiring and soldered into the PCB board.
