I was up in the STL area this weekend and decided to go out and see the SDR tour out at the county fair. I brought my Li-Ion Supra just in case they would let me try it out on one of their tracks (which they didn't  ). Anyway, I was quite impressed with the obvious amount of money that Radio Shack put into the display area. The whole display area had a high-tech look to it.
Set up between two trailers was the tented area where all the tracks were. The second trailer was the area where the drivers stood to race. One section was for individuals to try their skill and to try out what "these Xmods" were all about. The other section was reserved for the tournament which was later in the afternoon.
I've included some pictures of the display and of the tracks. The one track that is shown without any cars on it is the official tournament track.
