Digi Q-R NSX-R

Hello, I am going to buy my first Digi Q in a couple of days. Can anyone tell me about this NSX-R i am getting. Also what does REAL mean at the top, i see some AE86's say Racing. How fast does this NSX-R go? Are there actually rubber tires to buy? Or all Digi Q's come with plastic. My last question is do the front wheels turn? I saw some info on the AE86 Trueno it said the wheels turn on that one, but not this one, what does this mean? My wheels cant turn?
