testors paint....
anyone had problems with testors spray paints? i used flat black as a primer on mine and the sapphire metal flake blue as the color coat, and it worked alright, but seems to take forever to completely dry....i'm still not sure if it's completely dry to tell the truth....it's been like 3 days...and it's obviously dry to touch, but it's very easy to scratch it...like it's not hardened or cured enough, anyone have any ideas? BC, i was thinking maybe you could help....
