cheap dtm sp?

I was wondering if $35 + S/H would be a good deal on an ABC DTM SP? I just got a mini-x so I'd probably use those electronics. I'm probably not going to buy it now since I just got started with the X, but it seemed like a great deal for what I assume is a better chassis than the x? (would you say that its an upgrade from the X chasis?) If you're wondering, they don't sell the X4, much less have it on sale.
