mod mini

hey guys i no om not the first person to do a mod on the mini x but here it goes i cut out a metal chassy (the that starts with an a but i dont no how to spell it) and mounted the ?bulk heads? to it now i was wondering how to take the motor shaft of the motor.also where did people get those motor gears from?

(ps i didnt no where to post it so irc ur welcome to move it)
