Dnano AutoScale wish-list
Okay, this has been done to death at Mini-ZRacer for the 1/28 scale cars and some wishes have been answered.
Let's start one for the Dnano and hope that Kyosho will answer back!
I'll start with my wish list.
Toyota Altezza, either plane street clothes or Castrol's Tom's racing Altezza

Lamborghini Diablo ST

Lamborghini Jota

Ferrari Testarossa

Lotus Exige

basically all the cars we had for the Z's.
For HM,
Renault R5 Turbo

Renault Clio Sport

Citroen Saxo

and Peugoet 206 WRC
 Just to name a few.
Post your reply with photo's of the car.

well, there are licensing issues to deal with here bro... kyosho can't just up & make a body cuz they (or we) think its "cool". even their existing agreements limit the models they can make from a company's product line. don't get me wrong... i feel ya, but much of what you want, you'll probably never see for the legal reasons behind the production of these items.

Doesn't mean we can't wish for it. Probably the hardest one to get a license for is the Lotus. I've seen very few model's of the Lotus Elise and I have yet to seen a plastic model kit of it. Would love to find a 1/24 model kit of it to put on the MR02 chassis.
I would think that any car they have already made a model of, either 1/28 Mini-Z, or 1/43 die-cast they can just as easily make a Dnano body too.
Once they have the license for the die-cast models, can't they carry that onto the Dnano?

Thank you, as Kyosho already did this body for the Mini-Z, I don't see why they can't do one for the Dnano.

BMW M3 GTR would be a nice addition. Just like the black/silver ones we have for Mini-Z, but offer more colors. A white one and a red one would be sweet.

Every single license has to be handled individually. Just because Lamborghini may approve a given body in say a curbside 1/24 scale kit does not give the right for reuse. The licensee would have to apply and be approved for each new license used. If they did an engined plastic kit, or 1/43 plastic it doesn't matter as there is no carryover. These licensing manufacturers have full control and approval down to the packaging and hologram seal.
Even if you do what seems to be an apples to apples comparison it is not as simple as you may think. Take the McLaren for example. Kyosho has to go and negotiate reproduction rights with McLaren. Then say they want to do the "Ueno Clinic" sponsorship. Do you really think Kyosho or McLaren have the right to reuse the clinic's logo/likeness rights for profit? The simple answer is heck no. So now Kyosho has to negotiate that deal. Seems simple... ok, next up... same car, new sponsor... back to square two. At least reusing the same car manufacturer makes the process a little easier. And that is why we always see multiple variants of same car instead of more new cars. Less "friction" and cost for licensing.
Along the lines of quicker licensing I'd like to see:
