Lowering? Help me out..

I'm new to Bits. I've seen "Lowering" Threads/Guides and i know what they're trying to say, but i dont get the terms they use. Like the "Slot" or "Tabs" or "Sway Bar". One Guide told me to remove the sway bar, and i have no idea what the sway bar is...

Will someone please tell me where those 3 Terms are located on the chassis or the body/shell. Can you pose like a picture showing where it is?
