Best Gear motor ratio in ZZ

Title pretty much says it all but anyhow wanted a comprehensive idea of what are the best ratios for stock zipzaps. Or what ratio do you use, stock or not. Preferably no clone gears but what the hell post what ya like, just lookin for imput.
