Robotics
Anyone else in this forum into robotics? I dabble in BEAM robotics and armchair research all robotic approaches. Just wondering who else is a techno geek out there .

You can get SOME of the parts out of a Walkman. And you can get motors out of watches, but it's difficult to work with them. BEAM was hyped quite a bit in the beginning and a lot of misinformation got put out. You can't build even the simplist BEAM bot solely from the parts you get from a Walkman. You need many parts that need to be gotten from other sources.
