More detailing
Thanks tinyrc!
Hardtrukr that one was a really really hard to find kit! I was so afraid to ruin the paint it took me 2 monthes to challenge it...
I didn't miss my hands with the spray though
Forget about coffee and stress when detailing at that scale
I will superglue black plastic sheets from inside to simulate tainted windows because the original clear windows are too thick and the shell wont mount with them. By tomorrow it will be finished
Only the wheels are a bit too big but it gives a not so bad street machine look...
This is a spec one Indoor Racer.

Done!
Nah... Original wheels are smaller than m&ms Driving with these would just be spinning on the spot with no traction I wanted to have a finish that looks like a minichamps 1:43 die cast model so i glued chrome strips around the windows

2 more to go
Im done with the mustang but i have two other projects with AMT 1:43 kits. One is a '69 Chevelle the other is a 57 Belair. The Mustang was the most challenging because its a small shell. What is amazing is that the 3 cars have a wheelbase that fits the Epoch mtech perfectly I will go on when i have some spare time and keep u updated

'69 Camaro ss
Well just before I was about to mod the beige Chevelle I found this '69 Camaro SS. Again, the wheelbase fits the Epoch chassis so close to perfection that I wonder if AMT made these 1/43 plastic kits for this purpose Only the front wheel wells had to be modified slightly for steering.

He he, yes R|cer... Especially because they are very easy to build as long as you are good with spraypaint. Did you see this: http://www.fovea3d.com/epoch/default.htm ?

Yea! I saw your slide show. Very nice collection you have going there. Perhaps TinyRC would carry your line of bodies...who knows!
