My BitChar-G Won't Clamp...

When I try charging my BitChar-G, I fix it to the controller but it always pops off. I never had this problem when I first used it and for days after that. I have never dropped the controller to have damaged the clips. To charge my BitChar-G, I have to hold it to the controller, which is annoying.

Has anyone had this problem? If they have and they've figured it out, please post.

I haven't tried this with anyone else's controller or tried anyone else's BitChar-G on my controller.

I have the same problem with my external charger I made

try gently but firmly bending the palstic catches in a little at a time 'till it works.

I do the opposite with tight ones.

Hmm, should I somehow warm it up a little first? Or go straight for it?
