Help! blue motor wire came off PCB!

i have a solder kit but even one bead would be so big it would short the whole board out. what should i do?

remove a little bit of the insulation and cover the end of the wire in solder. dont cover it too thick. then touch the wire with the fresh coat of wire to the part of the board that it goes onto and touch it with the iron for about 2 seconds and let go and hold for 3 seconds. no spillage.

since ive never soldered before i thought i would fry the whole board or cover it with solder. thanks you just saved me $30.
