how does the drift axle work?
well..i havent bought it yet..but im planning to..
and im wondring wht exactly makes it different than the other axels?
do the wheels rotate freely imitating LSD?
and does it make your bit oversteer while turning so u have to countersteer?
how long can u actually drift through corners with it?
so umm yah..im a big fan of drifting, but i would like to know how realistic it is with the bit pretty much.

I wouldn't invest on the drift axle. It's just a plastic wheel that provides very little traction so the rear end can break free. It's really hard to drift the car, and you'll probably end up doing donuts. So if you want to drift, just buy hard rear tires and soft fronts. It's a whole lot easier.

hmmm actually i change my mind...
im going to start a "drift project" on the next car i purchase...probably going to be the wrx
im going to see if i add some camber angle to the front wheels, the cars wont oversteer as much, test out the tire combinations, and see if i can get some speed and skill out of all of this...but this will be in a month or so

if you get the drift package, get it for the stablizers, that it comes with, not for the axle. The axle is really only good if you have hard plastic front wheels or you wanna do donuts and 180s all over hell and back...
